<p>The advertising display, which can also be used for decoration, has a number of spokes (3) radiating symmetrically from a central hub (1), with a vane (5) printed with advertising material, fixed to the end (4) of each spoke (3). The hub is fitted to the end of a vertical post (2) for rotation of the display about a vertical axis. The end (4) of each spoke is bent through 90 degrees, so that the outer or inner surface of each vane (5) is visible, with each vane (5) able to pivot on the end (4) of the respective spoke (3), so that in the absence of wind, the vanes (5) lie tangenital to the spokes.</p> |
