The present invention relates to a mat. The purpose of the present invention is to easily use a space by minimizing a size of multi-purpose furniture such as a chair, a desk, a bed, a sofa or the like to have a mat form. In other words, the mat according to the present invention includes nine parts formed of an upper support frame, a double-sided upper support which can be used as a solid table and a cushion while being turned over, and a height adjustable leg as well as a lower fixed and supporting plate.
