The present invention relates to heat resisting steel for casting and, more specifically, relates to heat resisting steel for casting with excellent thermal resistance and corrosion resistance; and a manufacturing method for the same. The heat resisting steel for casting comprises: 0.8-2.1 wt% of C; 10-45 wt% of Cr; 0.1-2 wt% of Ti; 0.1-2 wt% of V; 0.05-2 wt% of Nb; 0.1-2 wt% of N; 0.5-2 wt% of Mn; 0.5-5 wt% of Si; 0.1-2 wt% of Ni; and residues consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities. According to the present invention, the heat resisting steel for casting enables production of an alloy for a grate at low costs by remarkably reducing a content of Ni which is added in an existing heat resisting steel for casting in bulk. The heat resisting steel for casting has excellent thermal resistance and the excellent corrosion resistance, which enables the heat resisting steel for casting to stably be used even if a temperature of an incinerator reaches a high temperature of 800C or higher due to organic matters contained in waste in bulk. According to the present invention, a heat resisting component for an incinerator such as the grate manufactured of the heat resisting steel for casting has improved thermal resistance and corrosion resistance, and an alloy material enables safe operation of a cogeneration plant using the heat generated by a garbage furnace or the incinerator, improving a power generation efficiency. |
