<p>The present invention concerns novel 2-dialkylamino propane derivatives of the formula: O PARALLEL R1CH2SS(CH2)nCQ ¦ ANGLE N-CR3O ¦ PARALLEL R2CH2SS(CH2)nCQ wherein either, R1 and R2 are each alkyl; R3 is hydrogen or alkyl; Q is -OM, wherein M is hydrogen or a cation, -OR4, wherein R4 is alkyl or unsubstituted or substituted phenyl or -NR5R6, wherein R5 is hydrogen, alkyl or unsubstituted or substituted phenyl and R6, independently has one of the significances of R5 or is -NHR7, wherein R7 is hydrogen and n is an integer 1, 2 or 3, in free base or acid addition salt form.</p> |
