PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly-accurate imaging technique using speckle interference.SOLUTION: A speckle imaging device comprises: an irradiation condition setting unit 11 which sets irradiation conditions of coherent light irradiated to an imaging object 0; an imaging unit 12 which images scattered light acquired from the imaging object irradiated with the coherent light; an image generating unit 13 which generates a speckle-weighted image from the image imaged by the imaging unit; and a leveling processing unit 14 which generates a leveling speckle image from the speckle-weighted image corresponding to two or more different irradiation conditions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
