PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking tool to an attachment hole in which a scratch is hard to occur on the rear face side of an umbrella-shaped flange part, and deterioration of sealability to the attachment hole is suppressed.SOLUTION: A locking tool 10 to an attachment hole has an umbrella-shaped flange part 30 and a locking leg 40. The umbrella-shaped flange part 30 comprises a plurality of molds divided and moved in the outer diameter direction of the flange part. An under cut part 35 of the umbrella-shaped flange part 30 is configured such that the plurality of molds are forcibly extracted. At a place that is a connection part peripheral edge between the rear face side of the umbrella-shaped flange part 30 and the locking leg 40 and intersects with the parting line of the plurality of molds, formed are ribs 51, 52A, 52B projecting in a direction along the parting line.
