The means has arms 27 connected to a bracket on the device 10 by bolts 15 passing through slots 13 in the arms. A handle 17 pivotably connected to the bracket 15 acts on the member 19 via a pivoted link 23. The device 10 has a suction pad attached to the pane by withdrawal of air by a pump (9).</p> |
