<p>Light sensitive resin compsn. for use in priting processes, e.g. prepn. of photoresists, contains (Ie pullulan and/or oen of its derivs., (II) a photopolymerisable monomer, (III) a light sensitiser, and (IV) a thermal polymsn. inhibitor, or contains (V) pullulan linked to a light sensitive group, and (VI) a light sensitiser. Non-toxic compsns. with a very low viscosity can be converted into light sensitive plates that can be developed with water to give sharp images.</p> |
