PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage water heater that enables an auxiliary heat source machine usable independently to be easily attached to an existing hot water storage tank unit and that can be constituted inexpensively and compactly, etc. when building a hybrid hot water supply system.SOLUTION: A storage water heater 1 includes: a hot water storage tank 3 for storing heat generated by an external heat source machine as high-temperature hot water; an exterior case 4 for accommodating the hot water storage tank 3; and a fixation metal fitting 6 mounted to the exterior case 4 and connecting the exterior case 4 to a wall surface, etc. of a building for fixation. The storage water heater further includes an auxiliary heat source machine 5 for reheating when a hot water temperature in the hot water storage tank 3 is low. The auxiliary heat source machine 5 includes an upper fixation portion 5b and a lower fixation portion 5c. When the upper fixation portion 5b is directly fixed to the fixation metal fitting 6 for fixation, and the lower fixation portion 5c is directly mounted to the exterior case 4 for fixation, so that the auxiliary heat source machine 5 is mounted to the outer side of the exterior case 4 for fixation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
