Pallet case with two recesses at each carrier beam end - has vertical U:sections receiving boards to form case walls

The pallet case can be assembled from pre-fabricated components and comprises the pallet base (1), pref. provided with air passages, whereby the ends of the side carrier beams (2) each have two recessed elements (3) which receive vertical U-section beams (4, 5). The U-beams at each end are placed such that, on each pallet side, the open ends of the U-beams face one another so that, between them, they can accommodate boards (6) to form the side walls of the pallet case. The upper ends of the U-beams may have bores which can receive pins extending through the uppermost boards to secure them.
