PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece inspection device in which, when changing a workpiece support portion according to change of an inspection portion, rotation stop of the workpiece is not necessary so that cycle time of the inspection is shortened, and rotation center of the workpiece is not deviated during the inspection.SOLUTION: A workpiece inspection device 100 comprises: a plurality of support parts 27, 29 which are liftably installed at a workpiece support part 11, and independently support different portions of a workpiece W; an ascent/descent drive part 41 in which the support parts 27, 29 are relatively displaced between a height where the support parts contact with the workpiece W to support it and a height where the support parts are downwardly alienated from the workpiece W; a workpiece imaging unit 15 which images the inspection portion of the workpiece W; a rotational drive part 17 which performs the rotational drive of the workpiece support part 11; and a controller 19 which switches workpiece support portions by changing the height of the support part 29 during rotation of the workpiece W.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
