Disclosed is a method for providing a user authority information management service. The method for providing a user authority information management service according to the present invention comprises the following steps of: allowing a client server to request authority information to an authority service server; allowing the client server to receive the authority information from the authority service server, and comparing the received authority information with retained authority information; determining whether the authority information is downloaded or not, based on a result derived by comparing the authority information received from the authority service server with the retained authority information; updating a client server memory depending on whether the authority information is downloaded or not; and allowing the client server to perform user authority authentication. The present invention provides a stable authority authentication service to a user even when an authority service server is down or a communications network is unavailable. |
