Disclosed is an apparatus for mounting and detaching mission equipment for an aircraft. The apparatus for mounting and detaching mission equipment for an aircraft comprises: a base member; a loading unit arranged on the base member; a lifting member connected to the base member and the loading unit to lift the loading unit; and a lifting drive unit disposed on the base member to apply a drive force to the lifting member. The loading unit comprises: a loading base member connected to an upper end of the lifting member; a loading part arranged on an upper portion of the loading base member to be moved forwards and backwards; and a loading part drive unit disposed between the loading base member and the loading part to move the loading part forwards and backwards. According to the present invention, the loading unit on which mission equipment for an aircraft is loaded can be moved in an upward, a downward, a forward, a backward, a left and a right direction, and a tilting operation can be performed to improve workability, shorten work time, and prevent damage to the mission equipment.
