The present invention relates to a method for storing Osmia pedicornis for temporary eclosion. The method for storing Osmia pedicornis according to the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) leaving a cocoon of Osmia pedicornis at room temperature for three months; and (b) refrigerating the cocoon of step (a) at 0 to 5C. Accordingly, temporary eclosion is possible. The method for storing Osmia pedicornis according to the present invention has a high eclosion rate and can reduce eclosion days. Thus, temporary eclosion is possible, so Osmia pedicornis can be utilized as a flower visiting insect in a season when pollination is needed in an orchard and thus Osmia pedicornis is very useful in improving fruiting rates in an orchard.
