<p>The digital alarm clock has a switch wheel (40), driven from the clock mechanism, which can be pushed inwards axially via a manual alarm button, to operate an intermittent alarm switch when the clock reaches the selected alarm time. The switch wheel (40) is coupled to the alarm switch via an operating lever (45). This pivots in a plane also containing the support shaft axis for the switch wheel (40), when the latter is pushed inwards and can be rotated in a parallel plane via a manual interrupter (53) for disconnecting the alarm. This manual interrupter (53) is rotated by the clock mechanism after a given time interval, so that the lever (45) again couples the switch wheel (40) and the alarm switch, to provide a repeat alarm.</p> |
