Expansive and high strength cementitious pastes, mortars and concretes are produced by adding to a mix of water, cement and aggregates a mixture containing calcium oxide and/or magnesium oxide, and a water-reducing agent capable of reducing the water/cement ratio of the mix by at least 15%, at constant workability. |
