Food smoking system - using closed loop for smoke circuit preventing environmental pollution

In the system a blower passes the smoke from a smoke producer to the treatment chamber. The smoke circulates in a closed loop between the smoke producer and the treatment chamber and fresh air is added to the circuit to replace a predetermined percentage which is pased out through a chimney. The environmental pollution caused by open circuits is reduced. The efficiency is improved and no expensive appliances are needed to combat the emission nuisance. Existing plant can be used after minor alternations.
