The bulb 13 may be dome-shaped or pear-shaped and a flange 11b on cap 11 is received in an annular groove in 13b in the bulb. A depending flange 11c sealingly fits within the mouth of a bottle and cap 11 may be a screwcap as shown or act as a snap-fit closure. |
