PURPOSE:A guide gas laser tube wherein the entire resonator length is short, loss is low, modulation, wavelength selection and wavelength conversion functions may be readily added and a guide tube and gasscell may be readily connected coaxially to oscillation optical axis is obtained, regardless inside mirror type or outside mirror type. |
