This invention relates generally to building construction and more particularly to a prefabricated structural unit body offering protection against fire, which is heat and sound-insulating, which has elastic properties and which is durable, and to a structural body built up by connecting such structural unit bodies. The structural unit body comprises a first frame body and a second smaller frame body forming a stepped frame body and joined to an assembly unit which includes a felt-like material a dampproof material, and a net-like material. The prefabricated unit body is used for building walls, partition walls, floors, ceilings, and the like. |
