Said contact arrangement furthermore contains stationary contact segments (31, 32, 33, 34; 31', 32', 33', 34') in two contact segment units, as well as a contact element in the form of a camshaft (71) between the two contact spring units. The ends of the moving contact springs (11, 12, 13, 14; 11', 12', 13', 14') in this case project into a chamber which is bounded by the two contact segment units.
