DEVICE FOR WIRING ELECTRONIC INFORMATION PROCESSOR

The technique is described for wiring an electronic data processor to a number of peripheral units. The processor comprises several sub-assemblies mounted on a support each having contact elements on the back forming a connection panel in a defined plane. The wires forming the connections are held in a predetermined order in a line on the connection panel. Connection is made between the wiring system and the connection board using a second panel with a similar array of aligned contacts, without the addition of any other intermediate contacts. The two panels may be mounted in parallel arrangement side by side.
