<p>The base forms part of a tower crane, mobile along rails. The track can vary according to the capacity handled and the base altered to accommodate this. It comprises a horizontal side member (11) fitted with two bodies (5) running on the same rail (6). In the centre of this are two cross members (12) diverging outwards to form a vee. The crane tower (7) is fixed to this. The other horizontal side member and its two bogies (5) have complementary arms (13) to the cross members and can slide telescopically inside them. After adjusting the track, these are pinned (14, 15), angle stays (9) attached (20) and the unit weighted (10).</p> |
