<p>The windscreen cover has a flexible base layer (8) on which a corrugated layer (9) is attached, to form the outer skin. The corrugations aid the breakup of ice layers when the cover is removed and rolled. It allows the cover to dry out when rolled, by providing ventilation passages. The corrugated layer can be spaced from the base layer by a thermally insulating layer (14) for added protection. The cover is fitted with side pieces which are clipped into the car doors for a simple fitting.</p> |
