The road name indicating post consists essentially of a column (1). This column is terminated at its upper side by an inclined plane (2). The column has a base (3). The column has three vertical walls (4, 5, 6). One of the walls (6) has a rectangular section. The other two walls (4, 5) have a trapezoidal rectangular section. The common side (9) between these two walls is the largest. The trapezoidal walls (4, 5) have in their upper part a window (7). Behind this window (7) is a right angled plaque carrying the road or street names of the intersections at which the post is placed. Each wall (4, 5, 6) has another window (10) in the lower part. These windows (10) can be used to display publicity material.
|
