<p>The apparatus has a control tap whose inlet is connected to a reservoir containing a fluid product and whose outlet is connected to a filler nozzle. There are two level detectors on the nozzle for the fluid in the vessel being filled, and the tap is opened and shut by compressed air. A fluid logic circuit reacts to a start signal by opening the tap fully and to successive signals from the detectors by moving it to intermediate positions and the closed position. When one detector is covered the tap is moved to its intermediate positions and when the second detector is covered the tap is moved to its closed position.</p> |
