The clip is made from wire bent to form a rectangle which is wider than the strip. The clip is provided with a central bar (11) forming two holes (9, 12). The end (5) of the strip (4) is pushed through the hole (9), bent underneath the central bar, through a hole and then over the outer bar (13). The vertical portion (7) passes through a hole (9) and is then clamped by a thumb screw to the bracket (1) which is fixed to the ceiling.
