The cable core is of soft material not contg. tensile elements. The soft material is pref. a foamed material, esp. soft polyurethane or cellular polyethylene. The cable is pref. covered with a tension-resistant sheath. The core can be round or polygonal in cross section. The cable is simple to mfr. and flexible.
