The swivel-mounted board is locally fixed at its lower end and is provided with a tilt lever (7) which at one end engages against the wall face (20) whilst at the other end engages against a transverse member (2') of the board frame. A further swivel lever (11) engages against the same transverse member (2') of the frame and is provided with an oblong hole (19) into which engages a peg (18) which is mounted on a positioning device (2') which can be moved substantially vertical to the plane of the board. The positioning device comprises a housing (15) attached to and extending vertically to the frame and housing a screw (17) which can be rotated from the outside. A longitudinally displaceable nut (23) which supports the above mentioned peg (18) is seated on the screw (17) and is held fixed against rotation in the housing (15).
