This massage device has vibrator and rotating arms for fitting a wheel for manicure or pedicure. An electric motor drives a worm gear and an excenter on the same shaft. The worm gear drives a wheel on which runs the rotating shaft for the manicure wheel, while the excenter works with a follower to produce the vibration for body massage. The device is held on a carrier arm which can be vertical or horizontal on which is fitted a toothed rack. This rack meshes with a cog wheel which can alternate between upper and lower wheel which rotate in opposing directions to move the massager up and down the rack.
