<p>The switching pin acts on a break contact snap-action switch, and is itself operated by an operating push-rod. It has an armature operating the snap-action switch and springily resting on the switching pin. The latter also carries, in addition to the armature, an operating projection for direct operation of the movable contact of a break contact switch in series with the break contact of the snap-action switch. The armature and the operating projection are so mounted that the snap-action switch is opened before the break contact switch. Connecting wire (33) between the snap-action switch (4, 28) and the break contact switch (11, 29) is provided with a terminal (24) for a signalling circuit (31, 32).</p> |
