Bottom discharge hopper particularly suited for loose material consists of a wagon upper part with a loading space, track edges on two sides adapted to run on supporting roller rails in an unloading station, a wagon lower part with a floor closing off the loading space, and a car frame. The floor takes the form of a flap made in one piece or divided into two floor flaps separated from one another. Each flap has one complete wheel set and arranged to swing downwardly towards a bunker of the unloading station. It is supported in the angled position by means of rollers on a curved rail with each floor flap pivoted about an axis arranged transversely to the wagons longitudinal axis. |
