As shown, a water distribution housing 20 is mounted on a shaft 14 supporting the plate 10 and pipes 21, 22, 26 are provided to circulate the water through the heat sink members 13, each run of pipe being provided with a flexible vacuum seal 23. Each heat sink member 13 comprises copper blocks 15, 17, a replaceable copper tube 16 and a stainless steel water compartment 18 bolted to the plate 10 by a mild steel bolt 19. The collector plate 10 is provided with a thermocouple 24 and heaters 25.</p> |
