The container has an outer membrane which will allow a gaseous product to diffuse through its surface. The container has a second container inside and anchored at one side. This container holds the product to be dispersed. The outer container holds gas generating compounds in the form of pellets or powder. The inner envelope may be punctured by applying external pressure, thus allowing the two products to mix. The inner product will then diffuse through the outer membrane.
