Biocell reactor for treating sewage sludge - with flap lid decks swivelling in profile rails for wall section assembly

A bio-cell reactor is a rectangular tank with decks, formed by profile rail frames. Each deck includes several pairs of perforated flaps which can be swung downwards by levers outside. Recesses at the top and bottom of the profile rails accommodate the wall sections; a bore houses the stub shafts for the flaps. This reactor is constructed from a few simple structural elements and makes it possible to adjust the cell height to suit the rotating rate by turning some of the flaps down. The erection on site of such a reactor is greatly facilitated.
