<p>The deep freezing arrangement is used for solidifying e.g. vehicle tyres for facilitating their subsequent crushing. The arrangement has thermally insulating deep freezing container containing cryogenic liquid and it has carrier for guiding the objects through the deep freezing container. The transporter arrangement contacts the liquid to a minimum extent. The objects are entered or removed rapidly to prevent thermal losses. The deep freezing container (1, 2, 3) has circular cross section and the plane of the circle is vertical. The container has central carrier wheel (4) for carrying objects along the container wall on a circular path. The objects are on their travel immersed into the cryogenic liquid (10) at the bottom of the container. Upper part of container has entry arrangement (11, 13) and outlet arrangement (12, 14). The carrier wheel (14) can have on its circumference chambers (8) for accommodating objects.</p> |
