<p>Carrier element for individual containers of small capacity the width of which is smaller than the distance between the two standardised grip supports as on automatic emptying devices on waste collecting vehicles in city areas and used to empty containers of large capacity. The carrier element is fitted with a belt to enclose the outer circumference of one of the small capacity containers and which has two flaps for attachment and support on both sidewalls of the container. There are also two draw-out arms lying opposite each other each having a support bow of standard size at their ends with their position in relation to each other corresponding to the distance of the standard supports on the emptying installation of the waste removal vehicle. Each of the gripper arms may be swivelled around a swivel bearing connected to one of the two flaps with the latter, each having a locking element to lock the gripper arms in the raised support position.</p> |
