PURPOSE:To provide a semiconductor receptor in which a - conduction type substrate is partially provided on its surface with the reverse conduction type layer, a transparent and conductive thin film is formed all over the surfaces of the substrate and layer and electrodes are mounted on the substrate and layer and which makes use of incident light twice by two junctions to reduce the reflection from the surface. |
