The opening for the sloping rear end may either carry a cross member of reinforcements (27, 29). The cross members forms the lower edge for the upper rear window and carries the hinges for the lower rear windows. The one reinforcement runs between the turned down roof panel flange (13) and the rear roof frame section (14) and carries a flange (30). The flange runs upwards and to the rear to carry a lip seal for the large rear flap. The second reinforcement runs between the inner and outer panelling of the two side pillars. The reinforcements carry inwards and rearwards pressed flanges to carry the lip seals for the flap.
