发明名称 THERMALLY TRANSFERABLE IMAGE-RECEPTIVE MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To ensure that an image is free from blur, not transferred to any other surface and high transfer density supported by high sensitivity during its storage by providing an image-receptive layer consisting of a compound in which a color- receptive material is dispersed in a water-soluble binder and also containing a compound with a polyether group. CONSTITUTION:At least one image-receptive layer for formation of an image by receiving colors transferred from a thermally transferable color-donative material when heated is provided on a support. The image-receptive layer is composed of a compound in which a color-receptive material is dispersed in a water-soluble binder and at least one layer of an area where the image-receptive layer of an image-receptive material contains a polyether group. Various water-soluble polymers may be used as the water- soluble binder and preferably the water-soluble polymer which has a group easily subjected to cross-linking reaction by a film hardening agent is accepted. In addition, the polyester compound of this invention is effective for improvement of the effect of inhibiting the adhesion of an image-receptive material during storage and the thermal fusion to the thermally transferable color-donative material during thermal transfer, if the compound contains a functional group which reacts with a color-receptive polymer or/and a water-soluble binder.
