The preparation based on bone and/or skin glue contains at least one quaternary ammonium compound containing at least one aliphatic group having 6 - 24 carbon atoms. The proportion of the quaternary ammonium compound is more than 1 % by weight and may be up to 25 % by weight in order to provide the preparation, and the gluing points and glue films produced therefrom, with permanent flexibility and increased strength properties. Compared with known auxiliaries such as glycerol and sorbitol, the quaternary ammonium compounds have no tendency toward migration out of the glue. |
