<p>Appts. for use in cleaning well casing perforations or uncased well production intervals and the surrounding formation is claimed including upper and lower axially-spaced pipe sections which are carried by a flexible pipe extending centrally therethrough and which are interconnected by flexible material secured to adjacent ends of the pipe sections to permit universal relative pivotal movements thereof. Each pipe section carries an elongate packer, and the flexible pipe communicates with the well, pref. between adjacent ends of the packers, and serves for introducing pressurized cleaning fluid into the well, the packers constraining the fluid to flow outwards through the surrounding formation in extended arcuate paths.</p> |
