The blocking element for combined revolving and tilting arrangements has two actuating levers. A separate lever is used for given actuating movement. The gap formed in tilted position is big enough for actuation from outside. Under the actuating lever (1) is fitted directly or indirectly a washer (4). The latter is rotated on rotating the actuating lever through ninety degrees. The thermoplastics washer (4) has locking pin which engages with a hole (6, 7). The washer locks a partly visible plate (2) which locks actuating handle against unauthorised actuation.
