<p>The reference index card for self service stores is intended to be hung on the wall alongside certain articles to show what other sizes are in stock. The card has at least one surface on which several sections are divided up by lines of weakness and on removal show the relevant information. The customer can then see from the holes punched out by the surface sections which articles are in stock but not on display. The information is easy to display on the cards since it is only necessary to remove the surface sections defined by the lines of weakness. The index card is pref. made up of a front sheet containing the press-out surface sections and a back sheet wherein these two sheets can be made in one piece connected together by a fold line. The instructions for use, to be read by the shopkeeper and not the customer can be printed on the back sheet.</p> |
