Lock cylinder with radial tumblers and key - ensures security with magnets and locking profile with projections

The lock cylinder has radially moving tumblers and associated key. The lock ensures high degree of security and the key is extremely difficult to copy. Actuated locking magnets (4, 5) are provided in addition to the key. These magnets are in contract with locking profile (28). The latter projects in locked, position radially beyond the lock cylinder circumference. The magnets are able to rotate on the support held within the cylinder (1) and the support acts as guide for locking profile. The latter has projections (38, 39, 41) pointing towards the key channel (51) or to tumbler channels.
