A metal box and chassis enables a printed circuit card to be mounted by means of spring clips. They provide a secure mounting for the card while allowing easy card replacement. The box has heavy stamped metal walls (1) with a thinner metal lace (2) attached to the walls by means of screws. Against an inner surface of a wall is mounted a double spring clip (3, 10) which holds a printed circuit card (9) in position on a knee (6) formed by one of the spring elements (3).
