<p>Compounds of the formula I <IMAGE> in which R<3> is hydrogen or C1-6-alkyl, Y is a tertiary, nitrogen-containing, aromatic, heterocyclic ring which is bonded to the carbon atom via its nitrogen atom, or is a trialkyl amino group, and Z denotes an anion, are crop protection agents, in particular fungicides and herbicides. They are prepared by reacting compounds of the formula III in the presence of a halogen or compounds of the formula II with a base which corresponds to the radical Y and, if appropriate, converting the resulting halide into a different salt. If R<3> denotes hydrogen, the resulting compound I can be N-alkylated. <IMAGE></p> |
