CONNECTING METHOD FOR PRINTED BOARDS

PURPOSE:To enhance adhesion at a conductive rubber contact by a leaf spring action by fastening the both ends of a board which is deflected in an U-shape configuration over a flat board with screws. CONSTITUTION:Conductive rubber pieces 3 and 5 are mounted on printed boards 2 and 4 while they act as a splicing connector. When two printed boards 2 and 4 are connected with fastening screws 1, the conductive rubber pieces 3 and 5 come in contact with each other so that two printed boards 2 and 4 are electrically connected. In this case, since the printed board 2 is deflected, when they are fastened at two points in such a way that said deflected board is reformed by the fastening screws 1, adhesion is thereby secured regardless of the size of the conductive rubber pieces 3 and 5.
