The stand consists of two parallel horizontal arms (1, 1') held apart at a certain distance and supported on uprights (2, 2') spaced by crossbars (4, 5). A footing (3) completes the stand. The sack sockets (7) fitting over the horizontal arms or by spurs which are soldered to the arms. The stand can be metal which is painted, galvanised or chrome plated, or covered with plastic; or a durable plastic. The uprights and the footing can be wood or plastic or another material or a combination of wire and these materials. The footing can also be mounted on wheels.
