Effluent organic components incineration plant - has compressed air mixed with effluent in nozzle forming swirling droplets reducing fuel usage

The incineration of organic materials of effluents is controlled by an atomizing burner where the effluent is injected into the flame. The unit leads to optimal destruction of obnoxious materials. The effluent is mixed with compressed air in a jet in the upstream of the burner, and the air velocity is adjusted to ensure the formation of swirling droplets. The ratio of fuel to effluent is then set at 1:5 leading to a drop of temp. in the combustion chamber from 1100 to 900 deg.C. The oil burner (1) operates with air ejector (2) and its tube (3) features a steam feed pipe (8) while tube (4) is provided with oil feeder (9). The ejector is connected to the core tube (10) and has a side inlet (11) for the effluent as well as central inlet (12) for air. The resulting ring jet is mixed in nozzle (19) to provide a stable vortex of droplets in tube (10).
